How is buy-side search different from a broker?

A broker markets a listing. We build a proprietary pipeline: analysts rank targets with our technology, associates open relationships directly with owners, and we introduce only screened, qualified opportunities that match your criteria. You get conversations, not noise.

I'm an owner thinking about selling. Why talk to a buyer instead of a broker?
