Tamir Wolfson
An executive leader and entrepreneur focused on hard problems and durable relationships. He has sold three companies across healthcare, marketing, and education; launched and integrated a new Smart Home Monitoring division within Rogers Communications; and raised over $80M in debt and equity for companies across sectors. He has worked with Tech Coast Angels, one of the largest angel investment groups in the US, and created, patented, and sold a physical health product. His research was reviewed by a Nobel laureate in Chemistry, and he won a business plan competition at USC.
Tharaka Paulis
As VP of Qualifications, Tharaka oversees sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and investment decisions. She leads the team of investment analysts and associates who review opportunities and determine whether an acquisition fits our investors and partners. Tharaka grew up in Sri Lanka and is one of the longest-tenured members of the team.
Corey Young
After a twenty-year career as a practice-owning dentist, a health issue redirected Corey toward mergers and acquisitions — work he now considers a calling. He has years of direct experience brokering dental, therapy, veterinary, and broader healthcare practice sales, working with private buyers, strategic buyers, and private equity and investment banking groups. He is one of very few healthcare practitioners in the United States certified in valuations and exit planning, and the only dentist. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from William Howard Taft University, with advanced training in business valuation and entrepreneurial finance, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Certified Valuation Analyst, Accredited Business Intermediary, and a recognized speaker and author.
Adam Taha
Senior Advisor for M&A and Private Equity, Adam brings deep capital markets experience across wealth management, institutional investing, and corporate deal-making. His mandate covers origination, due diligence, and execution support for private equity investments and M&A. He partners with the firm's leadership to identify targets, evaluate business models, and structure transactions that deliver long-term value — bridging operational thinking, financial analysis, and relationship management as a versatile deal-team member and advisor to portfolio company leadership.

Liz brings a numbers-driven, relationship-first approach to equity investment — from reading market trends to building investment strategies that align with client goals. She pairs analytical rigor with a collaborative style, embodying the firm's commitment to making finance both effective and approachable.

Dr. Gregory Pedro
Dr. Greg Pedro is a surgical prosthodontist and TMJ specialist with over 30 years of experience. He earned his dental degree at Temple University's School of Dentistry, specializing in Prosthodontics with ADA certification, and was among the first 30 experts globally to complete extensive training in Computer-Guided Dental Implant Surgery. His practice emphasizes cosmetic analysis and detailed patient consultation, and he is known for a warm chairside manner and pain-free technique.
Dr. Jerry Stahl
Dr. Jerry Stahl founded Stahl Dental Studio in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. He graduated from UMDNJ, New Jersey Dental School in 1983 and practiced general dentistry for over 34 years, developing a focus on cosmetic and implant dentistry and a reputation for a gentle touch. A sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, he devotes much of his time to continuing education in cosmetic and implant work.

Dr. Kevin C. Wood
Dr. Kevin C. Wood has been a distinguished figure in Western New York's dental community since 1983. A graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry, he has accumulated extensive post-graduate education across dental disciplines, with particular expertise in CEREC CAD/CAM reconstruction and multiple certifications from the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Beyond his practice, he serves as an educator and consultant. His affiliations include the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Priya Parasher
Dr. Priya Parasher earned her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2002 and completed a two-year residency in general dentistry at Columbia University. With a decade of experience, she has focused her career on public health and serving underserved communities, including as dental director at Housing Works, where she provides care and serves as an attending for residents. Her blend of clinical skill and community commitment defines her practice.
