How a conversation becomes a closing

The same disciplined path, whether you replied to our outreach or found us yourself. No listing, no advertisement — a private process, one step at a time.

  1. A conversation, not a pitch.

Fifteen or twenty minutes. We ask about the business; you ask whatever you want about us — including who our buyer is and how we are paid. No documents, nothing signed. Most owners stop here, and many come back years later. Both are normal.

  2. If you want a number, we prepare one.

A valuation range based on real closings in your sector — practices and companies like yours, not averages from a report. Free, and yours to keep whatever you decide.

  3. One buyer at a time.

If there is a fit, we introduce you to one acquisition partner — first, one at a time, never shopped to several buyers at once. If we are the buyer, you deal with our principals directly.

  4. Diligence, structured.

Our analysts prepare the materials, our principals run the process, and we work with counsel through close. You keep running your business; nothing is announced to your staff until you decide.

  5. Close, on your terms.

What happens to your team, your patients or customers, and your own role are negotiated parts of the deal — for most owners they matter more than the headline price.

Our confidentiality commitment

Nothing becomes public. No listing, no advertisement, no contact with your staff, patients, landlord, or lender. Confidentiality is policy, not a favour — and it holds whether or not we ever transact.

Access. Discipline. Closed deals.

Ready when you are.

A first conversation is confidential and carries no obligation. Tell us the situation and we will point you to the right path — or tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.
