Did someone from Wolfson Equity contact you?
If you received a call, voicemail, or email from us, this page exists so you can confirm it is genuine before you reply. You should be careful — checking first is exactly the right instinct.
Check the name, not the number.
@sentinelcorpdev.com
@sentineltransitions.com
Our team works across the US and Canada and calls from a range of numbers, so the number on your screen will not tell you much either way. The name is what to check.
Checked out? Then take the call — or call us back on the number above and ask for the person who contacted you by name.
The people
Everyone who contacts owners is on this page.
If the person who contacted you is not listed here, do not share any information with them. Call us on (888) 560-5852 and we will tell you immediately whether they work with us.

Full biographies, our healthcare advisory bench, and our transaction record are on the team page and in our case studies.
How to tell
What we do — and what we will never do.
Fraudsters imitate real firms. The clearest way to spot an impersonator is that they ask for something we would never ask for.
A genuine Wolfson contact will
- Give you a name you can match to the photos above
- Email from @wolfsonequity.com, @sentinelcorpdev.com, or @sentineltransitions.com
- Be happy for you to hang up and call our main line to check them
- Reference your business by name and explain why we are interested
- Answer any question you ask, including who our buyer is and how we are paid
- Accept "no thank you" the first time you say it
We will never
- Ask you for money, a deposit, or an upfront fee of any kind
- Ask for your bank account, credit card, SSN or SIN, or any password
- Ask you to sign anything before you have spoken to a real person
- Contact your staff, patients, customers, landlord, or lender
- List, advertise, or publish your business anywhere
- Pressure you with a deadline or a "today only" offer
If anyone claiming to represent Wolfson Equity does any of the things in the “we will never” list, they are not from Wolfson Equity. Please tell us at Info@WolfsonEquity.com so we can act on it.
Why you
Why we reached out in the first place.
We buy and invest in businesses across healthcare and technology — as principals, with our own capital, not as a broker collecting listings.
The businesses worth buying are almost never for sale. They do not appear on listing sites, and their owners are not looking. That is precisely why we approach owners directly: if we waited for businesses to come to market, we would only ever see the ones already being auctioned to everybody else.
So someone on our team identified your business as a genuine fit — either for a buyer we represent, or for our own portfolio. That is the entire reason for the call.
You may have no interest in selling, now or ever. That is a completely fine answer, and it is the answer we hear most often. Tell us and we will close the file.
Most of those started exactly the way yours did — with one unexpected call.
If you are a dentist
We did not arrive in dentistry last week.
The most common reason an owner ignores a call like ours is the assumption that the caller knows nothing about their profession. In our case that assumption is wrong, and it is easy to check.
Wolfson Equity is a division of Buzzy Branding Corp. — the same registered company, under the name it has traded as for years while working with dental practices, orthodontists, and Dental Service Organizations on marketing, patient growth, and acquisition strategy.
In that time the team has been featured in and interviewed by dental associations, and hosted Leading Dentistry Through Uncertainty: Compliance, Emotional Intelligence, and Profit — a working conversation among dental leaders about the problems the profession was actually facing. Members of our senior team have helped dentists sell their practices and helped buyers acquire clinics. Dentists who have worked with us include Dr. Salim Kapadia, Dr. Lionel Lenkinski, Dr. Sam Mazahreh, Dr. Bobby Chagger, and Dr. Michael Le.
You can see that history for yourself at buzzybranding.com/dental. It is the same company and the same people who are calling you now.

No obligation
What actually happens if you reply.
- A conversation, not a pitch.Fifteen or twenty minutes. We ask about the business; you ask whatever you want about us. No documents, nothing signed.
- You decide whether to go further. Most owners stop here, and many come back years later. Both are normal.
- If you want a number, we prepare one.A valuation range based on real closings in your sector. Free, and yours to keep whatever you decide.
- Nothing becomes public. Ever.No listing, no advertisement, no contact with your team. Confidentiality is policy, not a favour.
- You can stop at any point.Including immediately after this page. Say the word and we close the file and stop contacting you.
Still unsure?
Call us and check. We would rather you did.
Do not use a number from an email you are unsure about — use this one. It is our main line, published across every one of our websites.
Already checked the name and it matches? Then simply reply to the call, email, or text you received — it really is us, and a reply costs you nothing.
Wolfson Equity operates two specialist practices: Sentinel Corporate Development, which sources acquisitions for buyers, and Sentinel Transitions, which represents owners who are selling. If you were contacted under either name, it is us.

Three more questions owners ask
Is Wolfson Equity a scam?
No. Wolfson Equity is a division of Buzzy Branding Corp., a private firm operating from Toronto and San Francisco since 2020, with supported closings ranging from single-doctor practices to multi-location platforms. Every person who contacts owners is pictured on this page, we never ask owners for money or account details, and you can verify any contact by calling our published main line at (888) 560-5852. We are also not connected to any similarly named company, including ‘Wolfson Equities’ of New York, which is a different, unrelated firm.
I received a text message from Wolfson Equity. Is it really them?
Possibly. Our team does reach owners by text as well as phone and email. The check is the same: the sender must give you a name, and that name must appear on this page. A genuine text will never ask for money, bank details, or verification codes. If you want certainty, reply and ask them to confirm from an @wolfsonequity.com email address, or call our main line at (888) 560-5852.
Who calls or texts from (888) 560-5852?
(888) 560-5852 is our published main line. It appears on every Wolfson Equity and Sentinel website, and calls or voicemails from it are from our team. Outbound calls from individual team members may show other numbers, which is why our rule is: check the name, not the number.
